We need to understand the challenges each level is facing, so we schedule multiple film study sessions before the event. This may include the executive, director, manager, and front line levels, depending on your organization.
After we review all of the data, we meet internally to put together the game plan and presentation for your event. A final call with you will confirm the plan, initiatives, and KPI's to measure the events success.
Richie will deliver the customized presentation and Q&A if time permits. He brings a few team members to better facilitate and make it a memorable experience your audience will never forget.
After your event, we'll have a review with you, which includes a SWOT analysis. The review will be done for you using the data from the calls and working directly with the audience at the event.
